Jetlag is afraid of heights. This probably explains his hatred for planes and helicopters. As a child he dreamed of shooting them down. When he turned eighteen and joined the marines, he was asked what he wanted to do. He said "shoot down planes". He got his wish with anti-aircraft guns. Jetlag has seen very little combat, but scored so high on his abilty to shoot down aircraft that the Joes immediately recruited him out of Basic Training, despite his low PT scores. Jetlag is vital to the protection of GI Joe installations; protecting bases from aerial attacks.
EXPERT: All anti-aircraft weapons, including personal rocket launchers and missile systems.

Jetlag has one major flaw; he's slow. In everything, the team ends up waiting on him to catch up. That is why we call him Jetlag. Infantry? Never! But let him shoot at planes, sure enough, that plane is coming down. HARD!
