Sparks graduated MIT at the young age of fourteen and started plotting electrical wiring for his father company. Though his prowess was with computer building, it was apparent that anything electrical was his area of expertise. At eighteen, he was "enlisted" by Cobra to build new electronic equipment under threat of losing his family. Doing his part to thwart Cobra's plans from the inside, he felt he was doing his part.
Sparks was rescued by Siren and became the first member recruited by Civilian Elite. His role has made him the defacto tech specialist of the team
