Lt. Pinpoint grew up in a Navy family and learned real quick that things had to work quickly and on the go. Making friends was a "Hi, I'm Andy. Bye". So he ran his whole life on the go. This may sound like a hard way to live, but Lt. Pinpoint turned it into an artform.
When he turned eighteen, choosing a different route than his father, he joined the Army. Excelled on the firing range and became a sniper. Lt. Pinpoints love of photography has also given him the asset of knowing where and when to point and shoot.

Most snipers find a nice cozy spot, sit and wait for their target to get in position. Not Lt. Pinpoint, he takes aim and fires, and before the target goes down, he's already in the next position and firing again. This really confuses the enemy, as they never know how many snipers there really are. Now that is a sniper!
