Rumrunner was always the man that went his own way as a kid. Many questioned the wisdom of his
joining the marines, as he was usually not apt to follow orders. This showed in his many pages
of reprimands in his file. During Desert Storm, he went AWOL, and was immediately apprehended
and charged with abandonment. His long file of reprimands gave the courts no choice but to remand
him to Levenworth.
There he ran into Monkeywrench, the Dreadnok explosives expert. The two became inseperable, and constantly caused trouble. Rumrunner was invited to join the Dreadnoks, but refused. He found the idea of taking orders from another group intolerable. Escaped Levenworth and joined the merchant marines. There he lead a mutiny against the ships captain and took control of the vessel. Rumrunner began accruing a list of charges in international waters that gave him the reputation as the meanest pirate of the seven seas. During his time in the Marines, Rumrunner has learned to pilot any water vessel from a small destroyer to the larger aircraft carriers. He is familiar with both Domestic and Foriegn military sea vessels as well as most NATO Pact arms. SUBJECT IS CONSIDERED EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! |
